Ordering

When will I receive my order?


Orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday by 3 PM will be delivered fresh Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday by 3 PM will delivered on Friday.




The store says kits are sold out? When will you have more available?


We will be adding kits each day as stock becomes available.




I have an allergy to one of the items in the kit. Can I substitute for something else?


We will try our best! You can reach out to our team at hello@somertoncreative.com and let us know your request.




I have dietary restrictions. What are you options?


Our Fresh Essentials Kits can be upgraded to gluten-free. Additionally, there is an option to swap tofu for eggs.





Shipping

I’m not in the delivery zone. Is there any way I can have a kit delivered?


At this time we can only deliver in the stated zone, but we may adjust boundaries to meet demand in the near future.




I’ve placed an order, but I just realized I’m not in the delivery zone.


We will automatically refund your purchase. You should receive your refund within 5-7 business days.




Can the delivery be contactless?


Yes. We can accommodate contactless delivery.




How much is delivery?


There is a delivery fee of $8.99 on orders under $60. However, please see our Delivery Area to ensure we can deliver to you before placing the order.





Returns

I just received my kit and something has spoiled. Can I return the kit?


We are not offering refunds on the kit, but we will happily exchange any item in your kit that is not to your satisfaction. We will honour exchanges for 24 hrs. from time of delivery.




What is my window to inquire about exchanging an item in my kit?


If something in your kit is not to your satisfaction, you have 24 hrs. to report to our team. We will deliver a replacement as soon as we can.

Will you have meat and other essentials kits soon?


We are working on it! We would love to receive suggestions from our customers on what they’d like to see offered next.




Where do you source your produce?


We source our fresh produce from Gambles.




Can I substitute something in the kit for another item?


At this time we are not substituting items in the kit.





COVID-19

What is your protocol during the COVID-19 outbreak?


The health and safety of our team players and customers is of the highest importance to us. Our delivery staff are equipped with face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. We also offer contactless delivery when requested, which can be coordinated with your delivery driver before arrival of your order.





Thanksgiving Banquet Box

How many items are in the Thanksgiving Banquet Box?


The Thanksgivng Banquet Box contains 10 items. Please see the program page for full menu listing. All items are app to entree sized and with the entire spread designed to be shared between 4-6 guests.




How will the food items arrive to me? Will the food items be hot?


Each food item is prepared and packed fresh each morning, chilled for transportation, and delivered same-day to the guest in the afternoon window by 4 PM. Each food item is presented in oven-ready packaging for easy re-heating! An program guide will be included in the box with temperatures and times.




What exactly comes in each kit?


The Thanksgivng Banquet Box contains 10 items and a program guide with re-heating instructions, dietary and restaurant information. Please see the program page for full menu listing. ​​​​​​​




When can I purchase a kit?


Pre-order begins Wednesday, September 23rd at 9 AM and finishes on Sunday, October 4th at 8 PM. Early Bird is from Wednesday, September 23rd until Sunday, September 27th at 8 PM.




When is the festival running?


We will be delivering orders from Friday, October 9th through to Sunday, October 11th. Each customer will choose their desired delivery day.




Can I choose my delivery day?


Yes! At checkout, you can choose any of the available days between Friday, October 9th through to Sunday, October 11th. If you are unable to select one of these days, it means we are sold out for that particular day.




What is your delivery area?


We will delivery to all of Toronto, Mississauga, & Oakville.




Oh no! I missed the pre-order window. Can I still place my order?


Send us an email and we will see what we can do. If our partners can accommodate the extra order, we will make it happen.




How much is delivery?


There is no extra delivery fee. Yay!




I placed my pre-order, but I no longer wish to receive the box. Can I get a refund?


We are only offering refunds or allowing guests to change their delivery date on or before Sunday, October 4th during the pre-sale period. Thereafter, the orders are sent to The Food District for preparation. If you have an issue after October 4th, please contact us and we will try and accommodate your request.




I need to change my delivery day as I will not be available on the day I have selected. How can I change my delivery date?


We are only offering refunds or allowing guests to change their delivery date on or before Sunday, October 4th during the pre-sale period. Thereafter, the orders are sent to The Food District for preparation. If you have an issue after October 4th, please contact us and we will try and accommodate your request.




I have dietary restrictions. Can I omit or have a substitution item?


Unfortunately, we cannot omit of offer substitution items. If there is something in the box that isn’t suitable for you, consider sharing with a neighbour, friends, or family.




Where can I see the ingredients list and allergy information?


There will be a program guide inside the box, including re-heat instuctions, ingredients, and allergy alerts. Please feel free to contact us about any specific question.




I have a concern with something in the box. Who do I speak with?


Send an email to us and we will find a solution to your concern.




How much is the box?


The Early Bird pricing for each box is $149 +HST with no delivery fee. Thereafter, the box will be priced at $164 +HST.
