COVID-19

What is your protocol during the COVID-19 outbreak?


The health and safety of our team players and customers is of the highest importance to us. Our delivery staff are equipped with face masks, hand sanitizer, and other PPE. We also offer contactless delivery, which can be coordinated with your delivery driver before arrival of your order.





Market & Co.

How will the food items arrive to me? Will the food items be hot?


For the Taste of Newmarket box, items from Union Chicken will be prepared hot and ready. All other items meant to be consumed hot, will be delivered chilled with simple step-by-step reheat instructions. For the Dinner & a Movie Night box, pizza from Score Pizza will be hot and ready to eat. All other items are packaged items, with instructions included for DIY meals. All items in the Artisanal Sandwich Artist box will be delivered chilled. Items requiring cooking upon consumption are bacon and caramelized onions from Vince's Market.




Can I choose my delivery day?


Yes! We deliver every Friday (and some long weekends and special days) between 5PM-6PM. All orders are preapred fresh and delivered immediately. If you're looking to place a future order, mention which Friday date in the custom test box provided.




How much is delivery?


We deliver to all of Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Holland Landing, East Gwillimbury, West Gmillimbury & Bradford. Delivery is free for Newmarket. Outside of Newmarket, Aurora delivery is $5.99 and Richmond Hill is $12.99. For all other regions, your rate will be calculated at checkout by your postal code. Pick-up is also available from Market & Co. at Upper Canada Mall. with promo code "PICKUP".




I placed my pre-order, but I no longer wish to receive my purchase. Can I get a refund?


Refunds can only be issued on or before the order deadline for each week, Wednesdays at 3 PM. Thereafter, orders are confirmed with each merchant. As this is a pre-order involving multiple merchants, we are unable to refund an order after the deadline.




I need to change my delivery day as I will not be available on the day I have selected. How can I change my delivery date?


We can only arrange a change of delivery days on or before the order deadline for each week, Wednesdays at 3 PM. Thereafter, orders are confirmed with each merchant. As this is a pre-order involving multiple merchants, we are unable to change an order after the deadline.




I have dietary restrictions. Can I omit or substitute an item?


Yes, you can omit an item, although we cannot guarantee specific substitutions.




Where can I see the ingredients list and allergy information?


The list of ingredients are listed on our restaurant partner websites. The link to view each restaurants website will be included at the bottom of every listing.




I have a concern with something in the box. Who do I speak with?


Send an email to hello@somertoncreative.com and we will find a solution to your concern.




I’m outside your delivery zone, can I still order?


Yes you can! Contact us at hello@somertoncreative.com for a custom delivery rate.




How will I know when the order is on the way?


When the order is on the way, you will recieve a tracking link from the courrier company via text message. Orders are delivered between 5PM-6PM.




Can I add-on experience boosters or other GTA marketplace items?


No. If you're ordering any of the Market & Co. boxes, you cannot add-on anything outside of this category. However, each box has add-ons available for you to choose from.




Can I pick-up my order?


Pick-up is also available from Market & Co. at Upper Canada Mall. with promo code "PICKUP". Enter this promo code at checkout.




When is the order cut-off?


All pre-orders for Friday delivery must be placed by each Wednesday at 3 PM.




I don't live in the delivery zone for the Market & Co. program. Can I still purchase?


Delivery for these products is only available to the Newmarket and surrounding region. See our delivery info page for participating regions. However, pick-up is available to everyone in all regions with promo code “PICKUP”. You’ll be emailed instructions for pick-up at Upper Canada Mall.




If I'm picking up, what time will my order be ready?


Your order will be ready at 4 PM on your selected delivery day at Entrance 3. You’ll receive an email confirmation from us on pick-up instructions.




What time will my order arrive?


Your order will be delivered to you between 4 PM and 6 PM on the delivery day you have selected.





Food Festival Events

How will the food items arrive to me? Will the food items be hot?


Each food item is prepared and packed fresh each morning, chilled for transportation, and delivered same-day to the guest in the afternoon window before 4 PM. Most item's are presented in oven-ready packaging for easy re-heating. Simple re-heat instructions are included in your order.




Can I choose my delivery day?


Yes! Mention in the custom text box the day you would like your delivery from the available event days.




What is your delivery area?


We deliver to Toronto (West-Downtown-North-East), Mississauga, Oakville, and Brampton. We offer free delivery to Toronto (South-West) and Mississauga. See our delivery info page for regions and rates.




How much is delivery?


The delivery fee is free for Toronto West and Mississauga orders. See our delivery info page for delivery rates for other regions. We can provide custom quotes for areas surrounding the Toronto area, including Hamilton, Burlington, Vaughan, Woodbridge and Milton. Email: hello@somertoncreative.com for a custom quote.

Pre-order cancellations are permitted up to the last day of the pre-order window only. All sales are final once the pre-order window has passed. Contact our team for additional support in this situation.




I need to change my delivery day as I will not be available on the day I have selected. How can I change my delivery date?


Changes to your order or delivery day can be facilitated on or below the pre-order window has passed. We cannot guarantee we can make changes to your order once the pre-order is complete. Please reach out to the team and we will do our best to handle your request.
