Food Event FAQ
How will the food items arrive to me? Will the food items be hot?
Each food item is prepared and packed fresh each day, chilled for transportation, and delivered same-day to the guest in the afternoon window between 1 PM and 4 PM. Most item's are presented in oven-ready packaging for easy re-heating. Simple re-heat instructions are included in your order.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Yes! Mention in the custom text box the day you would like your delivery from the available event days. Note, some events are single day events only.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver to Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, and Brampton for a flat fee of $5.99. See our delivery map page for more details.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee is $5.99 for all areas we service. Delivery rates are subject to change with every event we host, as boxes are dispatched at various locations across the GTA. If you are outside our delivery area and are still interested in having a box delivered, contact us for a custom delivery quote.
I placed my pre-order, but I no longer wish to receive my purchase. Can I get a refund?
Pre-order cancellations are permitted up to the last day of the pre-order window only. All sales are final once the pre-order window has passed. Contact our team for additional support in this situation.
I need to change my delivery day as I will not be available on the day I have selected. How can I change my delivery date?
Changes to your order or delivery day can be facilitated on or before the pre-order window has passed. We cannot guarantee we can make changes to your order once the pre-order is complete. Please reach out to the team and we will do our best to handle your request.
I have dietary restrictions. Can I omit or have a substitution item?
Yes, you can omit an item although we cannot guarantee substitutions.
Where can I see the ingredients list and allergy information?
The list of ingredients are listed on our restaurant partners websites. The link to view each restaurants website will be included at the bottom of every listing. Contact us for additional details.
I have a concern with something in the box. Who do I speak with?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution to your concern.
I’m outside your delivery zone, can I still order?
Yes you can! Contact us at email@example.com for a custom delivery rate.
How will I know when the order is on the way?
When the order is on the way, you will receive a message from the delivery team. Orders are delivered before 4 PM on your selected delivery day.
Can I pick-up my order?
Some food events may allow pick-up. See the event details for more information or contact us.
Can I receive my box at a different time?
No. Easypeasy! and the food merchants only orchestrate the preparing and packing of orders one time per event day.
What can I use my gift card on?
Digital gift cards can be used on any food event we are hosting. Gift cards never expire!
Do gift cards expire?
Digital gift cards never expire!
Can I redeem my gift card for cash value?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Can I refund my gift card purchase?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Can I send a gift card as a gift?
Absolutely! When making your digital gift card purchase, you can add your recipients e-mail and include a personal message too.
Can we place corporate gifting orders for specific delivery days?
Yes! Corporate orders can be placed for weekday delivery throughout the duration of the event window. There is a minimum of 10 boxes for special request weekday orders.
Can we build our own boxes?
Yes! You may customize the experience by choosing dishes from our curated event menu. We typically also offer pre-set 3-course meal menu to make the order set-up Easypeasy!
We will need delivery to multiple addresses for our order. How much is delivery?
Delivery is $5.99 per address drop or $5.99 for one single order drop within the area we service. We can also provide custom quote for delivery outside our service area.
Our business is outside your delivery service area. Can we still place an order?
We can provide a custom quote for delivery for orders outside of our delivery zone. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Can we request a specific delivery time?
If you are placing a special order, you can request a specific delivery time. Delivery times during our public event days are between 1 PM and 4 PM.
How much notice do I need to provide in advance of my order?
We require 3 days notice in order to accommodate orders.
How does the food arrive to my recipients?
All dishes are prepared fresh each morning, chilled for transpiration, and ready-to-eat after easy reheating. Reheating instructions are provided with the box. Learn more about our food events at the Food Events FAQ tab.
Can we cancel our corporate order?
We require 72 hours notice to cancel an order. Orders will be refunded in full minus 3% of the purchase price. If it is less than 72 hours from your delivery order date, orders cannot be refunded.
How do I place our order?
Corporate orders can be placed by contacting email@example.com. Payment in full is required to place and secure order.
